Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Körner & Müller UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Charlotte-Bühler-Straße 1, 01099 Dresden, Germany, email: info@km-ug.de. See the Imprint for full details.

2. Processing in your browser

The core features of this site – the Lorem Ipsum generator and the image placeholder generator – run entirely locally in your browser. Generated text and images are not transmitted to our server or any third party.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (owner René Münnich), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the site, the host processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested file) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation).

4. Cookies & consent

We use technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie choice in local storage). Advertising and statistics cookies are only set after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent any time via “Cookie settings" in the footer.

5. Google AdSense

After your consent we load Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This may set cookies and transfer data, including to third countries such as the USA, to serve interest-based ads and measure reach. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. See the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Google Analytics

After your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It helps us understand how the site is used – for example page views, approximate region and device type – so we can improve it. IP addresses are truncated/anonymised before processing. Analytics cookies and processing only take place after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); until then Google Consent Mode restricts Analytics to cookieless, aggregated measurement. Data may be transferred to third countries such as the USA. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings" in the footer. See the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
